Any advice on how to get back into it and whether I have a chance of working back up to my max bench in 4 weeks?I did a session on Friday working up to 5×3 at 65% on squats and bench as well as a single 80% to test the waters on bench (probably not smart to ego lift first session back) and have just done the same with deadlifts today at 60%. Tried to bench today and I’m still extremely tight from Friday so I only worked at 60%.Any advice or reading material for returning to training safely and efficiently?So I three weeks away from having to actually do the cut I have been meaning to do for the past year and it going to be a big one 15KG needs to go at least.
