QING QING

Born in 1953, Qing Qing is one of the most important contemporary Chinese women artists today. Her artwork has been shown internationally.

Qing Qing produces robes from hemp and other flowers. Her delicate robes are inspired by traditional Chinese art and designs as well as 1920's and modern designs. Qing Qing attaches the robes to mono-colour material backgrounds, generally black or white.
